We are caterers based in north Norfolk, specialising in weddings, buffets, parties and special events.
My name is Emma Boubaker, I have been in the catering industry for all of my life. I am a local girl to the North Norfolk Coast born in Blakeney, and I have lived and worked here all of my life.
I trained at Norwich City College where I achieved my Catering City & Guilds Diploma. I took my first job working under Galton Blackiston at Morston Hall where I trained for a couple of years.
Continuing my career in local establishments along the Norfolk coast, getting a feel for different working environments. I worked my way through the catering roles and have had five head chef positions.
My last being The Kings Head Letheringsett, working for Chris Coubrough of The Flying Kiwi Inns. Whilst I was there my team and I won the Good Pub Guides Norfolk Dining Pub of the Year 2010.
It was a great experience and I learnt so much from Chris and the Kiwi Team. I then took up residence at the Cley Windmill kitchen where I was Head Chef in the very busy restaurant and wedding venue.
I am currently operating my outside catering business with help from all the family. I have great passion for food using good, local produce and have good relations with local suppliers. I look forward to catering for your event and rest assured I work with a successful team to cover all your needs.

Emma provided the most wonderful food for a drinks party held last year for approximately 50 people. It was a pleasure to work with Emma and she could not have been more helpful, efficient and professional at all times.

A fantastic service was provided by Emma and her team for our Wedding Reception. Presentation of the food was outstanding with lots of attention to detail. The taste was superb and the food exceeded my expectations.
